WAITING LIST: Opens on MARCH 1 of each year. The Wait List closes when 250 candidates are listed. Candidates selected for membership will be based on the total number of available memberships as of January 1 of each year. The average available memberships are between +/-155-175, with as many as 200+ being offered new membership. Being on the Waiting List is not a promise or offer of membership.

WAIT LIST ENTRY: Enrollment of one’s name, personal email address, veteran status, and city of residence on the Wait List is treated as a formal request for membership. If accepted for Membership, ONLY that person may enroll in membership process and may not be transferred to another person. By appending your information to the Waiting List, You are consenting to LFGC to send email information directly pertaining to Club activities and events.

STAND-BY WAITING LIST: Londonderry Fish & Game Club, Inc. may  maintain a “stand-by waiting list. This list is a discretionary list and does not substitute for the formal waiting list. The membership committee, in its discretion may move entrants from the Stand-By Waiting List to the formal waiting list as available membership slots allow. FULL NAME, YEAR OF BIRTH, TOWN OF RESIDENCE, VETERAN STATUS AND EMAIL ADDRESS (if other than the one used for this correspondence)

MEMBERSHIP OFFER:When Membership is formally offered, That offer will only remain valid for seven (7) days. An Administrative Email will be sent to the wait list candidate with a username (usually, the email address) and temporary password. Upon Receipt, the inbounding member shall complete the member profile consisting of basic information (name, address, phone, vehicle info) within seven (7) days. On January 8, where there is no response or a failure to correct errors when notified, the membership offer will be fully WITHDRAWN without further notice and the profile deleted.

MEMBERSHIP DUES PAYMENT: Dues shall be remitted to Londonderry Fish & Game Club, Inc. on January 1 through January 7 by Online electronic payment. LFGC accepts most major credit and debit cards.  Checks by snail mail to be post marked NO LATER THAN January 6. Payments not received by January 7 at midnight, or checks mailed after January 7 will be returned, and the membership offer will be WITHDRAWN on January 8 for lack of payment.

ORIENTATION SESSIONS: Enrollment in a New Member Orientation Session is a basic membership requirement. No membership shall vest without completion of New Member Orientation. There are five (5) Sessions Offered, the first four are as shown below and the fifth session is for those who winter in the south more than 120 days annually. The Snowbird session will additionally require satisfactory proof of alternate residency prior to January 7. The cost for all sessions is $30.00 (non-refundable)  LFGC utilizes the following Orientation Schedule:

• Third Friday in January: 6:00 PM - 8:30 PM
• Fourth Saturday in January: 10:00 AM – 12:30 PM
• Second Sunday in February: 1:30 PM - 4:00 PM
• Third Saturday in February: 10:30 AM – 1:00 PM
• **Snow Bird Session: Third Saturday in May: 10:30 AM to 1:00 PM

Inbounding Members shall enroll in one of the four Orientation Sessions shown above, unless otherwise eligible for the Snowbird Session. Those who have not scheduled for Orientation by January 7, WILL BE DROPPED AND REFUNDED WITHOUT FURTHER NOTICE.

GUESTS AT ORIENTATION: Bringing guests to Orientation is strongly discouraged. Orientation sessions are for the INDIVIDUAL INBOUNDING MEMBER ONLY. LFGC does not allow family members, friends, children, grandchildren, fiancés, fiancées, boyfriends, girlfriends, etc to join Orientation as a guest.  If an inbounding member has a childcare challenge, please reach out ahead of the session.

ORIENTATION NO-SHOWS: Orientation no-shows without prior notice will be dropped from inbounding membership, or will only be only rescheduled at the discretion of the Board and Officers. A missed session is NON-REFUNDABLE. When allowed to reschedule, the inbounding member will pay for the session A SECOND TIME.

INDIVIDUAL PERSONAL SESSIONS: At no time will LFGC create any special individual session for Orientation.

Examples of limited exceptions LFGC makes is for Linemen, DOT workers, etc, and in rare circumstances a reasonably verifiable medical or family emergency.

REMEDIAL SESSIONS: Any remedial sessions offered thereafter are done so at the sole discretion of the Club Leadership and are not guaranteed. Remedial Sessions will be $45.00.

SNOWBIRD ORIENTATION SESSION: Orientation Session held THIRD SATURDAY IN MAY for inbound members that reside during the winter season in warmer climates. To enroll in this session, LFGC reserves the right to verify seasonal addresses. In some limited circumstances, Officers and Directors may make exceptions prior to enrollment for others.

THE SNOWBIRD SESSION IS NOT AN ALTERNATE SCHEDULING CHOICE TO THE FOUR OTHER SESSIONS. Nor will they be treated as such.

MEMBERSHIP SUITABILITY REQUIREMENTS: One of the following documents will need to be presented at Orientation Check-in to determine the inbounding member is not a prohibited person pursuant to 18 U.S.C. § 922(g). LFGC does not collect, retain or otherwise store the personal information of its members.

• A valid N.H. Pistol and Revolver license or other LTC issued by a state agency.
• A receipt from a federally licensed Gun dealer for the purchase of a firearm within the last three (3) months and the receipt contains the name and address of the purchaser and the dealer.
• An active and valid Notary Public or Justice of the Peace Commission.
• H. Hunter Education valid and current Instructor Card (not HE certificates stating you took Hunter Ed. Must be an “INSTRUCTOR” card).
• Federal Firearms License (FFL) (Dealer).
• Class III documentation containing the prospective member’s full name and address.
• NFA Trust Document where the prospective member is a trustee.
• Federal C&R License.
• Law Enforcement ID.
• Active Security Guard License Card.
• Attorney Bar Card.
• Background Check through New Hampshire Department of Safety (DSSP256).

Inbounding Members who fail to present any one of the above documents will be not be permitted to attend Orientation. If not resolved with a club officer or director prior to the next Orientation Session. It is up to THE INBOUNDING MEMBER to follow up with Club Leadership to resolve this issue. Thereafter, the membership offer shall be withdrawn and dues refunded. LFGC does not accept alternatives to the list shown above.

OTHER MEMBERSHIP REQUIREMENTS:   Aliens legally in the U.S. are not prohibited from purchasing/possessing or having constructive control over firearms unless  said aliens are admitted into the U.S. under a nonimmigrant visa and does not meet one of the exceptions as provided in 18 U.S.C. 922(y)(2), such as possession of a valid hunting license or permit.

• admitted to the United States for lawful hunting or sporting purposes or is in possession of a hunting license or permit lawfully issued in the United States;
• an official representative of a foreign government who is—
• accredited to the United States Government or the Government’s mission to an international organization having its headquarters in the United States, OR en route to or from another country to which that alien is accredited;
• an official of a foreign government or a distinguished foreign visitor who has been so designated by the Department of State; or
• a foreign law enforcement officer of a friendly foreign government entering the United States on official law enforcement business.

Londonderry Fish & Game Club, Inc. will NOT extend membership to persons not lawfully in the United States under any circumstances.

OTHER INFORMATION: Once enrolled in an Orientation Session, the inbounding member will NOT be permitted to change sessions except for a valid reason. Changing of sessions will only be done on a case-by-case basis WITH THE APPROVAL of a Club Officer or Director. Londonderry Fish & Game Club, Inc. is a Private Club and reserves the right to deny membership to any person for any reason without notice.

MEMBERSHIP TERMINATION: If LFGC determines some level of dishonesty or misrepresentation in becoming a member of the club, LFGC may terminate that membership with no refund. Acts of criminality that arise during at any point during the membership, may be determined by Londonderry Fish & Game Club, Inc. as grounds to terminate Club membership.

ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATIONS FROM LFGC: All communications from Londonderry Fish & Game Club, Inc., to the member candidate, member or other persons are sent with the intention of communicating the business, events and information of LFGC. LFGC shall not be responsible for emails sent, but not received by the intended Recipient. It is the sole responsibility of the Recipient to ensure the email service being used has marked LFGC as “safe”. LFGC is not responsible for platforms ending with dot gov, dot mil, dot us, or commercial business platforms that are likely to block LFGC correspondence.

Londonderry Fish & Game Club is a not-for-profit organization and is a private organization. Membership term is for one calendar year, renewable annually. No right to membership assigns or vests.
